This policy explains how LoveOCR, operated by Danish Abbas, handles information when you use a conversion tool, create an account, or contact support.

1. Conversion files and content

You retain ownership of content you upload. LoveOCR processes it to provide the requested conversion or related feature. Depending on the tool, content may be sent to external AI infrastructure or another technical provider necessary to produce the output. Uploaded and generated conversion files are scheduled for automatic deletion from LoveOCR storage within 3 hours; do not use LoveOCR as long-term storage. LoveOCR does not sell uploaded document content.

2. Account, support, and subscription information

Account records may include your name, email address, authentication details, account status, and security activity. Contact submissions may include your name, email, subject, message, IP address, user-agent data, status, and submission time. The application stores a plan, subscription status, quota, billing-period dates, provider identifiers, admin notes, and quota adjustments for subscription accounts.

Paddle is our merchant of record for subscriptions. Paddle processes checkout details such as email, billing address, tax and payment information to collect payments, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. LoveOCR stores provider customer, subscription, price and transaction identifiers, subscription status and dates, and limited billing event records to link purchases to accounts and enforce allowances. LoveOCR does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Review Paddle's Privacy Policy for its processing.

3. Technical data, cookies, and analytics

LoveOCR may use essential cookies, server logs, security records, and analytics data to operate the site, maintain sessions, enforce usage limits, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve performance. This may include IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic events.

On selected public pages, LoveOCR uses Monetag to display advertising. Monetag and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, browser information, page and ad interactions, and may use cookies or similar technologies to select, deliver, measure, limit, and protect advertising. Ads are not loaded on LoveOCR account, pricing, contact, legal, or administration pages. Browser privacy controls and applicable consent or opt-out tools may be used to manage optional advertising technologies. LoveOCR does not provide uploaded document contents to advertisers.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Hosting, AI processing, email delivery, analytics, advertising, and security providers may process limited data when needed for a feature. LoveOCR aims to share only what is reasonably necessary. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention and security

Conversion files follow the temporary lifecycle above. Account, support, security, subscription, and administrative records may be retained longer while needed to operate an account, investigate abuse, resolve requests, meet accounting duties after billing launches, or comply with legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or object to some processing. Some records may need to be retained for security, dispute, accounting, or legal reasons. Requests can be sent to support@loveocr.com or through the contact page.

7. Policy updates

This policy may change as LoveOCR adds features or enables a payment provider. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above. See also the Terms of Service and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
