Your document data is private. At LoveOCR (operated under our parent company FileConvertFree), security and trust are at the heart of everything we do. This privacy policy details how we handle files, customer information, and our strict storage guidelines.

1. File Ownership and Lifetime

Any image, screenshot, or PDF document you upload to LoveOCR belongs entirely to you. We do not claim any rights to your files. All processing occurs exclusively on LoveOCR's own dedicated servers, not on the FileConvertFree server network.

• Files are accessed temporarily solely to convert them to text.
• Automatic Deletion: For your absolute privacy, both the files you upload and the processed output files are permanently deleted from our servers exactly 3 hours after processing. This applies to both free and paid users. We set this 3-hour window to ensure that if you forget to download your file immediately and return later, you will not encounter a "file not found" error on the server. We do not store files longer than this timeframe under any circumstances.

2. Encryption and Security Measures

We employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) / Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol to encrypt all incoming and outgoing data transmissions. Your files cannot be intercepted by third parties during transit.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use lightweight first-party analytics to measure traffic without logging any personally identifiable information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party ad networks.
