By accessing the LoveOCR platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance. LoveOCR is owned and operated as a part of the FileConvertFree network.

1. License for Use

You are granted permission to upload documents and images to extract text for personal or commercial usage free of charge. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any software contained on LoveOCR.
  • Use bots, automated scripts, or scrapers to overload our free interfaces.
  • Upload encrypted files that contain malware, viruses, or illegal document materials.

2. Data Safety & AI Model Training

Your data stays completely safe with us. We strictly do not use your uploaded files, images, or the extracted text to train our AI models. Furthermore, your data is never shared with any third parties.

To guarantee your privacy, all uploaded files and processed outputs are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after exactly 3 hours. Once this 3-hour window expires, the files are completely wiped—even you will not be able to see, access, or download them again.

3. Disclaimer

The services on LoveOCR are provided on an 'as is' basis. LoveOCR and FileConvertFree make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee 100% text recognition accuracy for poor-quality scans or handwriting.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall LoveOCR, FileConvertFree, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the OCR services.

LoveOCR may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.
