Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use LoveOCR. LoveOCR is operated by Danish Abbas. By using the service, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The LoveOCR service

LoveOCR provides browser-based, automated and AI-assisted tools that extract, transform, and format information from images. Outputs may include editable documents, structured data, code-oriented formats, accessibility content, and publishing files. Features, supported formats, file limits, and availability may change as the service develops.

2. Accounts and account responsibilities

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. LoveOCR may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, fraud, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and renewal

LoveOCR offers monthly USD subscriptions: Starter at $4/month with 100 successful conversions per day and a 7-day free trial; Pro at $10/month with 400 per day and a 30-day free trial; Power at $18/month with 800 per day and a 30-day free trial. The daily allowance is the same during the trial and after payment. Paddle is our merchant of record and handles checkout, tax calculation, payment collection, and billing documents. Checkout shows the applicable total, tax, trial end, and renewal information before you confirm.

Payment details are required to start a trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically becomes paid and renews monthly until canceled. One introductory trial is available per LoveOCR account. Manage or cancel from My Usage through Paddle's customer portal. Scheduled cancellation stops future renewal charges; access ordinarily continues until the scheduled end of the trial or paid period. Contact support to restart after cancellation.

4. Daily quotas and fair use

Only successful conversions count; failed conversions do not. A running request temporarily reserves one slot. Allowances reset every day at 00:00 UTC, including during the trial. Unused allowance does not roll over. The trial ending, a renewal, or a plan update does not give a second daily reset. There are no automatic overage charges. Free-user limits remain separate. Attempts to bypass limits or automate abusive traffic are prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use LoveOCR to upload malware; attack, probe, scrape, overload, or evade controls on the service; infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights; create or distribute unlawful material; or process content when you lack the necessary rights or lawful basis. You retain ownership of your content and grant LoveOCR the limited permission needed to receive, process, temporarily store, transform, and return it for your requested task.

6. Automated output and service limitations

OCR and AI-assisted outputs can contain recognition, formatting, transcription, timing, mapping, or code errors. You must review results before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, accessibility, medical, geographic, database, or other high-impact uses. LoveOCR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or compatibility with every third-party application.

7. Data and service providers

Uploaded and generated conversion files are scheduled for deletion from LoveOCR storage within 3 hours. Some tasks may use external infrastructure or AI providers. Account, support, security, and—after billing launches—subscription records may be retained longer for their stated operational purposes. See Privacy & Data Safety.

8. Cancellation and refunds

The Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Request a refund within 7 days of a charge by contacting support with your account email and payment reference. Requests are reviewed individually; cancellation alone does not automatically refund a previous charge. Applicable statutory rights and Paddle's buyer terms remain unaffected.

9. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, LoveOCR and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the service, inability to use it, or reliance on generated output. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may revise these terms as the service changes and will update the date above for material revisions.
