Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you access or use LoveOCR. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Permitted Use and Your Content

You may use LoveOCR for lawful personal or commercial conversion tasks. You retain ownership of content you upload. You give LoveOCR the limited permission necessary to receive, process, temporarily store, transform, and return that content for the feature you requested.

2. Acceptable Use

Do not use LoveOCR to upload malware, attack or overload the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, probe systems without authorization, infringe the rights of others, or process material when doing so would violate applicable law. Automated access must not interfere with normal service operation unless a specific API or written permission allows it.

3. AI-Assisted Output and Accuracy

LoveOCR uses automated and AI-assisted processing. Generated output can contain recognition, formatting, transcription, timing, data-mapping, or code errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Do not treat generated legal, financial, accessibility, database, code, geographic, or other high-impact data as verified merely because a file was produced successfully.

4. Data Handling and Service Providers

Uploaded and generated conversion files are temporary and are scheduled for deletion from LoveOCR storage within 3 hours. Some conversion tasks may use external AI or infrastructure providers when needed to deliver the requested feature. LoveOCR does not use uploaded conversion files to train LoveOCR-owned models unless separate permission is obtained. 5. Accounts, Plans, and Billing

Some features may be available without an account, while higher usage levels or other features may require an account or paid plan. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Plan duration, renewal behavior, and cancellation rules can depend on the payment method or offer used. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for billing-related terms.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may update tools, limits, supported formats, providers, pricing, or service behavior as the product changes. Temporary outages, maintenance, external-provider failures, network conditions, or unusually complex files can affect availability and processing time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Disclaimer

LoveOCR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that every conversion will be complete, accurate, compatible with every third-party application, or suitable for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LoveOCR and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the service, inability to use the service, or reliance on generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. Material revisions should be reflected by the Last Updated date. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
