Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last Updated: August 29, 2026

LoveOCR offers free access to many conversion features and may also offer paid plans or higher usage levels. This policy explains what happens when a paid plan is cancelled and how billing problems can be reported.

1. Cancelling a Paid Plan

If a plan renews automatically, cancellation stops future renewal charges after the current paid period. If a payment method or plan uses manual renewal, no new period is purchased unless you make another payment. Cancelling a plan does not normally remove access that has already been paid for; access continues until the displayed expiration date unless the account is suspended for abuse or another valid reason.

2. Refund Eligibility

Paid plan charges are generally non-refundable after the paid period or service entitlement has been activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law, payment-provider rules, or a specific written offer. A cancellation request by itself does not create a refund for time already purchased.

3. Duplicate, Incorrect, or Unrecognized Charges

If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or do not recognize a LoveOCR payment, contact support with the account email, payment date, amount, currency, and the transaction or payment reference shown by the payment provider. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, or security codes.

4. Conversion Failure After Payment

A failed conversion does not automatically mean the subscription itself failed. OCR results can vary with file quality and format complexity. If a paid feature is unavailable because of a confirmed service or account problem, contact support so the account and transaction can be checked. Any refund or account adjustment will depend on the circumstances, applicable law, and payment-provider rules.

5. How to Cancel or Ask About a Charge
