Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Trials and cancellation

Starter has a 7-day free trial; Pro and Power have 30-day free trials. Payment details are required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the monthly price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, and renews the subscription monthly. Trial and paid accounts receive the same daily conversion allowance.

Open My Usage and choose Manage subscription / cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues to the scheduled end of the trial or paid period, unless suspended for abuse or otherwise required. Cancellation alone does not issue a refund.

2. Request a refund within 7 days

You may request a refund within 7 days of each subscription charge by emailing support@loveocr.com or using Contact. Include your account email, charge date, amount and payment reference. Requests are reviewed individually, considering duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized payments, material service failures, usage, and applicable Paddle rules. This is a request window, not an automatic money-back guarantee.

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights or rights provided by Paddle's applicable buyer terms. Report unauthorized, duplicate, or incorrect charges promptly even if the standard request window has passed. Refunds approved through Paddle return through the payment provider; processing time depends on the payment method.

3. Failed conversions and refunds

Failed conversions do not consume allowance. OCR accuracy depends on image quality and output complexity. Support will review confirmed service or billing problems. A refund does not automatically cancel future billing; request cancellation too if you want to stop renewals. Any change to access following an approved refund will be explained by support.

4. Safe support requests

Never send card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or authentication codes. We may need limited information to verify account ownership. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
